There are two separate appointments in Hayat Makkah: an appointment to meet with our sales team and, if you wish to purchase without coming from Turkey, a biometric registration appointment at the Saudi consulate. We have explained both below.

Which appointment do you need?

They are different processes; do not confuse them.

Sales meeting

To get information in Turkish about the project, villa types, processes, and documents. You can obtain this from our Turkey call center or our sales offices in Makkah and Jeddah.

Biometric registration appointment

This is required only if you choose the remote acquisition method. It is obtained from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website and is done at the Saudi consulate in Turkey.

Steps to purchase without coming from Turkey

The official remote acquisition process is defined.

Make an appointment — You create your appointment from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.

Biometric registration — You complete your biometric registration with your documents at the Saudi consulate in Turkey.

Digital identity — Once your digital identity is approved, you obtain a Saudi eSIM.

Identity activation — You activate your identity through Nafath and Absher.

Electronic processing — You complete the transactions electronically; we provide Turkish support at every step.

What should you have with you?

Valid passport

Your valid passport.

Digital identity registration

Your digital identity registration created during the process.

Saudi bank account

This is necessary for acquisition transactions.

Saudi mobile line

Obtained with eSIM; required for Nafath and Absher activation.

Muslim individual certification

This is required for acquisition in Makkah; the document and declaration method will be clarified in the official process and will be communicated to you before registration.

Power of attorney (if you will use it)

Transactions can be done by proxy; the notarization chain method will be communicated to you before registration.

Creating a pre-application is free and does not create any purchasing obligation for you. You do not need to create a pre-application before making an appointment.

No cash payment

No cash collection is made at any stage; payments are only made through electronic methods.
