Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data
As Hayat Mekke (the “Organisation”), acting as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we process the personal data you submit through our website as described in this notice.
Personal data processed: your name, phone number, email address and message shared through the enquiry form and the chat assistant; the page of our website your enquiry came from and — if you allowed it in your cookie preferences — the advertisement or link that brought you to our website.
Purposes: to respond to your enquiry, to inform you about the service you are interested in, to arrange meetings and appointments, to improve our service by measuring which pages and channels enquiries come from; and, with your consent, to send you news and offers.
Collection method and legal grounds: your data is collected electronically through the forms and the chat assistant on our website. Responding to your enquiry relies on KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to entering into a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest); marketing messages, advertising source information and analytics cookies rely on your explicit consent under Art. 5/1. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Transfers: your data is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service, with our hosting and email service providers and with public authorities legally entitled to request it. Messages you write to the chat assistant are sent to an artificial intelligence service provider with your phone number and email address masked; your consent is obtained before the chat starts.
Retention: your enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for the periods required by the applicable legislation; you can ask for them to be deleted or anonymised at any time through the channels below.
Your rights: under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its erasure or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
