There are three villa types in Hayat Makkah: A, B, and C. Each type also has a mirror variant (A′, B′, C′), meaning there are a total of six models in the community. All three types are three-story with a ground floor, first floor, and attic; each has 4 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.

There may be slight differences in square meters in different project documents (definitions of enclosed area and net saleable area). The figures on this page are taken from the floor plan sheets; the dimensions that are the basis of the contract should be confirmed by the sales office.
Guest entrance and majlis on one side, family entrance and daily living area on the other. The kitchen, sitting, and dining area are in the center; the maid's room, driver's room, and service areas are at the back. Space has been allocated for an optional elevator in all three types.
The master suite and children's rooms are on this floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom; most of the total 8 bathrooms are located here. The corridor and staircase are positioned to separate the rooms.
A second sitting area supported by a mini kitchen and large terraces. In Type C, the maid's section and laundry room are also moved to this floor, separating service functions from the living floors.
A′, B′, and C′ are the mirror images of the main types. This allows the same plan to open in different directions along the street; the facade arrangement does not become monotonous.
